Will I see a Proof before my order is produced?
Yes, we will send over proofs for approval before any production begins.
Can I make edits to my logo?
Yes, until you approve our art proof you may make edits to your logo.
Can I cancel or Change my Order?
Yes you can cancel or adjust your order at many points in the order process. For cancellation it must occur before the Art Approval.

ARTWORK

What if i dont have my artwork yet?
That is fine, You can submit your artwork HERE at any time during the order process.
What Kind of Artwork Files are allowed?
We support all common image file types; .JPG, .PNG, .WEBP, .SVG, .AI
Do you keep my art on file?
Yes we keep your logo on record for any potential future orders.
Where do I upload my artwork?
Artwork submission for orders is located HERE
Can I specify my PMS colors for my imprint?
If you wish to have custom PMS colors used please contact us at Orders@fsgpromo.com to see if we are able to match the colors for you.
How many different images can I use?
The Logo / Design is limited to 1 Design per location per an order.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer shipping outside the 50 States and Puerto Rico
Can You Blind Ship?
Yes we can blind ship an order. To do so please specify a blind ship in the “More Details” section of the checkout and input the recipients address as the shipping address.

RETURNS

Decorated Garments
Once a garment has been decorated, we will not accept returns of the product unless the decoration is flawed or damaged in which case we are happy to accept returns within 10 days of receiving it.
Blank Garments
We accept returns of blank products that are unworn and unwashed within 15 days of the purchase date.
Promotional Products
Promotional Products (Mugs, Lanyards, Flags, Tents, Facemasks, etc.) are not eligible for returns of refunds.
