Thank you for choosing 4 Your Logos as your wholesale partner for custom apparel decoration. Please carefully review the following Wholesale Contract and Apparel Decorator Policy before engaging in business with us.

Wholesale Agreement

By placing a Wholesale order with 4 Your Logos, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Wholesale Contract. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the parties involved. Any modifications or amendments must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Eligibility

To qualify for wholesale pricing, customers must meet the following criteria:

• Business Verification: Provide valid business documentation, such as a tax identification number or business license.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Adhere to specified MOQ requirements for each product.
• Resale Certificate: Furnish a resale certificate or similar documentation as required by your local tax regulations.

Ordering Process

• Placing Orders: contact our wholesale department directly.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation with details, including pricing, shipping, and estimated delivery date.
• Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to orders must be communicated within 24 hours of order placement.

Pricing and Payment Terms

• Wholesale Pricing: Wholesale prices are exclusive to approved wholesale accounts and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Delivery

Branding and Marketing

• Logo Usage: You are authorized to use our logos and images solely for the purpose of promoting the products purchased from 4 Your Logos.
• Submitted Logos: Prior to reproducing a logo, it is imperative that you secure explicit written permission from the original owner, as any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the wholesale relationship.

Termination of Wholesale Account

4 Your Logos reserves the right to terminate a wholesale account at its discretion, with or without cause. Termination may occur due to a breach of contract, failure to meet eligibility criteria, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by 4 Your Logos.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of our Arbitration Association.

It is your responsibility to regularly check for changes.
